SCOOP Ricky Martin shook his bon-bon at the AmericanAirlines Arena. Eva Longoria attended the Rally for Kids with Cancer at the Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach. the winner's circle dinner gala at the resort afterward, and even bid to win a kiss from up-and-coming polo player Nic Roldan, who is just a pal. A few blocks south, Maria Menounos hit the beach at the Loews Miami Beach, while Lance Bass celebrated his b-day with Sigler at the Mondrian South Beach and held court at the Cabana Boy Sunday party at the Lords South Beach. Drake, Ne-Yo, and Sean Kingston kicked off May getting their party on at LIV, while Chris Brown had his (birthday) cake and ate it, too, at Club Play, and an incognito Robert Pattinson breezed through Miami International Airport. Taye Diggs (TV's Private Practice), in town to perform at Prelude by Barton G. at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, was spotted breaking a sweat at Equinox South Beach, as did Michael Yo. The New Kids on the Block turned heads not with a performance but because they were celebrating their NKOTB Cruise departing from Miami with fans for the third year. Salma Hayek arrived in town for Easter and made stylish runs to Jungle Island for a private tour with her daughter Valentina and to Barton G. to break bread with husband François-Henri Pinault. Russell Brand, in South Florida to shoot Rock of Ages, was one of the first of the movie's cast to be spotted on SoBe when he stopped by Lime for dinner on Cinco de Mayo. Brand's fellow Rockers, Diego Boneta and Julianne Hough, also hit the beach in the days before production started, the former to go for a swim in the ocean, and the latter to have a date night on the town with bf Ryan Seacrest, with whom she dined at Prime 112. Also taking time for a little romance were Ellen Pompeo and her hubby Chris Ivery, who had themselves a dinner date at Zuma Miami at the EPIC Hotel. Katie Holmes, for her part, was spotted playing in the pool of her rented condo down on SoFi with daughter Suri…but still no Tom. Kim Kardashian plugged her Kim Kardashian Gold fragrance at Macy's in Aventura. Bruno Mars put on one heckuva show at the Fillmore – which also featured Janelle Monáe as the co-headliner – and then was spotted after-partying with his entourage and a group of models at Wall at the W South Beach. Mars also hit Mansion while in our sandy neck of the woods, and even put on a quick performance for the party people. The one and only Kim Kardashian came back to the 305 to take it, alright, and to promote her Kim Kardashian Gold fragrance at Macy's in Aventura. Lest you think otherwise, though, K2 made it a working holiday, stopping by Zuma with then-bf-soon-to-be- announced-fiancé Kris Humphries and friends, and partying at LIV with BFF Jonathan Cheban. Also there on the same night? Wilmer Valderrama. Kardashian and Humphries must have been in a bit of a love for food mood: the couple also made it to Macaluso's for a dinner date. Meanwhile, a back-in-the-Magic City Eva Longoria shot a glam magazine cover with Nic Roldan and then hopped on a MIAMI LIVING 109
