SCOOP Ellen Pompeo was spotted at Zuma Miami at the EPIC Hotel. Katie Holmes splashed on the beach with daughter Suri down in SoFi. Russell Brand took a break from his Rock of Ages schedule to celebrate Cinco de Mayo at Lime on South Beach. Jet Ski to go for a ride around the bay with reported boyfriend Eduardo "brother of Penélope" Cruz and take a lovely cruise aboard Loren Ridinger's yacht. Having himself a more low-key time was Brett Ratner, whom I spotted looking decidedly Sandler-esque while having brunch at The Forge. Up in Miami Shores, basketball legend Charles Barkley squeezed in a workout with trainer Matt Pack at Primal Fit Miami. And then, it happened: No, not a Tom Cruise sighting, but the return of La Lohan. Yep – Lindsay Lohan, long missed from our sunny side of the country, returned to South Beach to shoot a cover for Plum Magazine atop The Raleigh Hotel. She reportedly was nothing but professional, although she did manage to paint the town a little, hitting The Forge for dinner and partying until the wee hours at the Fontainebleau (at both LIV and Arkadia). Cee Lo Green celebrated his birthday at LIV, taking to the mic to, surely, give the crowd a very enthusiastic "F—- You" as Damon Wayans Jr. looked on, while Busta Rhymes, Ace Hood, Fabolous, and Omarion held court at Mansion as the Memorial Day weekend so-called fun got started. Rhymes also hit Club Play, while Ace Hood hung out at Cameo, and Drake checked out the scene at LIV with Lil Wayne. Trey Songz also stopped by Club Play; Chris Brown, Bow Wow, and Ludacris partied at Cameo; and Rhymes had himself a star-studded b-day bash at LIV with Birdman, Mya, and Mr. Songz in attendance. Back at Cameo, Chad Ochocinco busted a move with Evelyn Lozada to the sound of Funkmaster Flex. On a coulda-been-worse note, this is the same weekend that Sean Kingston accidentally crashed his Jet Ski on the Palm Island Bridge. Safety first, kids! Anyway, in June, Flo Rida performed at Mansion…and got his Bugatti towed (well, almost) from Lincoln and Michigan. I guess they are just like the rest of us. Ne-Yo performed at Cameo and then after-partied at LIV with Ray J. Ryan Seacrest jetted back to the East Coast to visit Julianne Hough, treating her to a relaxed lunch at Prime Italian and then hitting the Fort Lauderdale scene together with Russell Brand and his main squeeze, Katy Perry, with whom they held court at Revolution, one of the Rock of Ages movie's main locations. The Perry-Brands returned to Miami to celebrate Russell's birthday at Casa Tua. The happy couple also had a dinner date at Prime 112, at the same time as Christian Slater noshed across the street at Prime Italian and Kris Humphries stopped by STK Miami Beach and the Gansevoort South sans Kim Kardashian. Getting all kinds of romantic as well were Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez, who squashed break-up rumors when they were spotted looking at properties, namely one that A-Rod is having built (as a possible love nest?). The opening of the ELLE Spa at the Eden Roc drew out Jaime King, as well 110 MIAMI LIVING
