SCOOP Anne Hathaway went for a swim out on South Beach. Karmin performed at the Sunglass Hut block party at the 1111 Building on Lincoln Road. Days later, the Heat were still celebrating, parading their trophy around town, making stops at Bamboo and, of course, back at the American Airlines Arena for the victory parade. The following week, it was back to normal for Wade and Union – or as normal as it gets for the power couple. The pair was spotted having a low-key early dinner at Café Prima Pasta, smiling back at all the fans who sent shout-outs his way. Whitney Port may have missed that party, but she had one of her own after she hosted the kick-off of FIJI Water's Summer Soak 2012 – the company's first-ever national pool series – which she followed with a girls night out at Bianca. Baltimore Raven Terrell Suggs attended the premiere of The Coalition at the Colony Theater on Lincoln Road during the American Black Film Festival. Chad Ochocinco had a moment in the spotlight at The Catalina while shooting a little som'in' som'in' with Evelyn Lozada, for their new reality show, Ev & Ocho, while Oscar-nominated actor Demián Bichir promoted Oliver Stone's Savages at the Loews. Marc Anthony welcomed President Barack Obama to town when the latter held a fundraiser at the Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theater. Unfortunately, the POTUS did not pull a Jennifer Lopez to duet with Anthony on a special-occasion version of "No Me Ames." Coldplay beyond-rocked the AAA when they brought their "Mylo Xyloto Tour" to town, for which they had a special VVIP in the audience: Gwyneth Paltrow. In a rare show of PDA, Martin ran up to his wife and planted a big ol' kiss on her before resuming the concert. The couple after- partied at LIV, where they had some bubbles and nibbled on some food from Scarpetta. Swedish pop sensation Robyn, btw, opened the band's show, before rushing across the street to Grand Central for a gig all her own. Law & Order: SVU star Danny Pino was spotted on campus at his alma mater, FIU, having lunch with some old friends. He also stopped by The Roxy Theatre to meet with young aspiring actors and give them some advice for the future. Another FIU alumnus, DJ Irie, held his annual Irie Weekend Golf Tournament in Miley Cyrus had herself a working vacation in Miami, hitting the pool at the Delano and recording her new album. Miami Beach, where he hosted a few famous friends, like Chris Kirkpatrick, Alonzo Mourning, and Travie McCoy for a fun and sunny day out on the links. He was then joined by Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union at Lucky Strike for some bowling, and closed out the celebration with a rockin' party at Arkadia at the Fontainebleau. The resort was the place to be at the end of June when iHeartRadio took over to throw the iHeartRadio Ultimate Pool Party, featuring awesome performances by Calvin Harris, Gym Class Heroes, Maroon 5, and Flo Rida. OMGyouguys, Adam Levine is sooo friggin' fine. Too bad he completely skipped print interviews, unlike Enrique Iglesias, who made a special appearance at the show. The heartthrob told me he was happy to join the party and "be home having fun," and even shared his secrets for keeping a low profile in the Magic City – which I won't share because then the cat will be out of the bag…and I won't be able to watch him in peace (just kidding). Word, Enrique – that was an awesome time. So, until next time…have fun! MIAMI LIVING 111
