You need to understand that there is a reason behind the extra weight and that is what needs to be addressed." He currently provides community lectures on topics such as healthy living, weight loss, and stress. Every Tuesday night he provides a free weight loss seminar in his office. I separate myself in weight loss by first assessing the underlying cause of weight gain. Unfortunately, the US rates as having one of the poorest nutritional value of food and that is one of the reasons why cancer, heart attacks, strokes, and diabetes are on the rise. We all need to understand that our bodies are toxic because we are exposed to high levels of toxic substances and over-consume chemically-treated, synthetically-produced food; liver purification is needed.
