Just a bit further south, at Mansion, Marlon Wayans celebrated his birthday, while, back up at LIV, Pharrell, Q-Tip, Trina, and Fat Joe got their party on like only they k new how. Brandy hosted a party at Cameo, and Jamie Foxx pulled double duty at the Fontainebleau, hosting his sister's birthday party at Scarpetta and working the crowd at Arkadia.
