Antonio Banderas was honored with an award at the Premios Juventud up in Fort Lauderdale, and was spotted catching up with Ricky Martin backstage, while a newly single Jennifer Lopez celebrated her birthday with a full weekend of fun that included dinners at The Forge and Scarpetta and lots of shopping at Bal Harbour Shops. Jay-Z hit the town to celebrate the release of Watch the Throne at LIV, while Jason Derülo partied at Wall, and The Situation celebrated his partnership with Boca Tanning with dinner at Zuma. Come Labor Day, Mr. 305 himself, Pitbull, was on hand to help Miamians get their party on with a concert at the Fontainebleau that featured Nayer. Up-and-coming actor Isaiah Mustafa, a.k.a. the Old Spice guy, was spotted at the Hilton Bentley South Beach, where he was staying while in town working with Minka Kelly, Rachael Taylor, and Annie Ilonzeh on Charlie's Angels. Days later, Michael Lohan turned up at LIV – and for whatever reason, he got in, and he, natch, got his picture taken. Christian Slater stopped by homeboy Perez Hilton's book signing – for his children's book, The Boy with the Pink Hair – at Books & Books in Bal Harbour, which the blogger followed with an after-party at the Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach, of course.
