Queen Latifah took a winter holiday on South Beach, where she was spotted at the Gansevoort and poolside at the Delano, where she bought drinks for some lucky guests. She also took some time to indulge at Red, The Steakhouse. Julio Iglesias showed his die-hard fans he sooo still has it going on when took the stage at the AAA on Valentine's Day. As usual, the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival attracted a Who's Who of the culinary world, and there were many parties to hold them all. Padma Lakshmi celebrated her Ocean Drive February cover with a party at Area 31 at The EPIC Hotel; Rachael Ray made a stop by Michael's Genuine Food & Drink before hosting the Amstel Light Burger Bash at the Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, where I tasted delicious dishes by Rick Bayless, Katie Lee Joel, and Miami's own Michelle Bernstein, among others; and Tom Colicchio hosted the likes of Al Roker, and Ilan Hall and Hung Huynh (Bravo's Top Chef) at the Perrier-Jouët BubbleQ at the Delano. Also spotted in and around town for "SoBe" were Gloria Estefan, Julio Iglesias, Gayle Simmons, Dana Cowin, Mario Batali, Paula Deen, Emeril Lagasse, Martha Stewart, and Spain's own King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia.
