melding f lavors and creating incredibly delicious dishes like Jerk Chicken Penne Pasta, Curried Octopus, and West Indian Bouillabaisse for dinner; classic Jamaican Breakfast, 3-Egg Omelet, and Vanilla Bean French Toast for breakfast; and tasty sandwiches, burgers, and such for lunch. The breakfast burrito --with scrambled eggs, pepper jack cheese and black bean corn salsa served in a f lour tortilla with cilantro crema and pico de gallo-- is a divine layering of f lavors and textures. It was so appetizing that I ordered it twice during my stay. The succulent whole lobster and mouthwatering jerk chicken wrap were both expertly seasoned and exceptionally prepared. At night, strings of white lights glow overhead and create a magical, romantic ambiance. The seascape, first-rate fare, and accommodating staff make Zest a prime spot for dining and hosting intimate affairs. Next door is the outdoor Cliff Bar, which also overlooks their natural saltwater pool, the cliffs, and sea. To bring guests together, the hotel hosts happy hours where light appetizers, cocktails, and cooking demos are served. Indulge in one of their signature cocktails, like the Cliff Hanger, during sunset --when the departing sun paints the sky an array of pinks, purples, oranges, and yellows.
