When I am at home in Viareggio, I wake up very early and start the day with a full workout. Then I have a very substantial breakfast. I tend to consume a large part of my daily nutrition in the morning, so breakfast is an important part of my routine. After that, I head to the shipyard, and I am usually in the office by around 8:00 or 8:30 a.m. Of course, I travel a great deal, and travelling completely disrupts this routine, especially with different time zones and schedules.
