Event - Art Miami Art Miami, the city’s longest-running international contemporary art fair, returns to One Herald Plaza December 1–6, 2026, for its 36th edition during Miami Art Week. Featuring galleries from 25 countries, the fair will showcase works from leading art markets, including London, Paris, Berlin, Seoul, Hong Kong, Dubai, Istanbul, Bogotá and Tel Aviv, alongside galleries from across the United States. Renowned for its investment-quality art, Art Miami presents works spanning the 20th and 21st centuries, from modern masters and Post-War and Pop icons to contemporary painting, sculpture, photography, design, prints and new media. Returning exhibitors include Allouche Gallery, Ascaso Gallery, Boccara Gallery, David Benrimon Fine Art, Ethan Cohen Gallery, Opera Gallery, Vallarino Fine Art and Wetterling Gallery. More than 20 galleries from Miami and South Florida will also participate. English artist Lucy Sparrow returns with The Money Laundry, a new interactive installation presented by TW Projects. Transforming a laundromat into a handmade felt world, the installation features crafted cash, passports and luxury watches. Visitors can exchange $100 for a felt bundle representing $600, purchase handmade “Fauxlex” watches or receive personalized felt passports created by Sparrow. Artist and activist Shepard Fairey will receive the 2026 Art Miami Lifetime Visionary Award for his contributions to contemporary art, culture and social discourse. Fairey has designed this year’s VIP passes, invitations and selected campaign materials. A curated presentation of his work will appear in the Art Miami VIP Lounge, while exclusive DJ sets and a new mural at the Aqua Hotel will extend his presence across Miami Art Week. His achievements will also be celebrated at a private dinner on December 3 at Boulud Sud, featuring a menu by Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Perry J. Cohen Foundation and its arts programming. International luxury jewelry brand Yvel returns as Art Miami’s Official Jeweler, continuing its partnership with the fair.
