Prairie: a Residence Organized Around Its Outlook At Prairie in Miami Beach, the setting supplies the starting point. The 5,000-square-foot residence sits alongside a golf course, and extended terraces carry the living areas toward the landscape, turning the view into an everyday experience rather than a picture framed at a distance. The strongest architectural gesture is the upper volume, where load-bearing second-floor walls are designed to appear almost weightless above a base of milled travertine, while sculpted plaster adds changing depths and shadows to the facade. Completed in 2026, the house reads as a residence shaped by its particular outlook. The Prairie project was led by Artur Sharf and Artem Zverev, studio’s co-founders and lead architects, with managing partner Veronica Supruniuk overseeing the architectural direction alongside Denis Shulhinou and Yuliana Danilenko. The site administration was handled by Edwin Parada, with AOR Robin Anezin supporting the Miami-based delivery.
