For Dr. Priyanka Chopra and Dr. Vikas Goswamy, the challenges of coordinating medical care became painfully familiar when Goswamy’s father suffered a heart attack and later received a cancer diagnosis. Even with their medical training and professional connections, managing his care from another state proved exhausting. A medically complex pregnancy and a first year of specialist appointments for their son, Nivaan, deepened that understanding. Sitting in waiting rooms as a mother, Chopra found herself wishing for someone who could see the whole picture and help her family navigate it. Named after their son, Nivaan Health brings those priorities to an in-home medical practice serving Miami. Its model combines home visits, around-the-clock physician access, and coordination with specialists. Chopra, who is board-certified in internal medicine, leads clinical care. Goswamy, an emergency physician by training, co-founded the practice and runs it alongside her.
