Art Basel Miami Beach 2023 Art Basel Miami Beach 2023 gathers top galleries from across the globe, showcasing notable pieces by renowned Modern and contemporary artists, alongside emerging talents from around the world. Overview Art Basel’s show in Miami Beach features various distinct sectors. These sectors include Galleries, which serves as Art Basel’s primary sector, showcasing leading international Modern and contemporary art galleries. There’s also Meridians, presenting large-scale projects that challenge the conventional art fair layout, with curation by Magalí Arriola. Nova, on the other hand, is dedicated to galleries exhibiting works created within the last three years. Positions is a section specifically designed for young galleries, providing a platform for emerging artists to showcase their works. Survey is a sector that focuses on galleries highlighting artistic practices of historical significance. Kabinett hosts thematic group exhibitions, art-historical showcases, and solo presentations. Conversations, with 35 speakers featured across nine panels, serves as a platform for engaging discussions and dialogue.
