St. Louis Style Pork Ribs are the real foundation of the International Smoke menu. Each rack of ribs is made with an in-house artisanal spice rub, smoked low and slow for four hours and then finished with a unique sauce. Guests are able to choose from juicy flavors like a traditional American BBQ, a spicy Al Pastor and Sesame- Gochujang, a tangy Korean flavor. Progressive craft cocktails, comprised of fresh fruit and local flavors, will be the foundation of the bar. Each cocktail is designed under the mantra "produce first, spirit second," meaning drinks are crafted in partnership with regional farmers and combined with a spirit specially selected to enhance each ingredient. The Gina Jamaica cocktail is infused with pisco, a famed brandy used predominantly in Peru. The Cold Smoked Old-Fashioned cocktail is a twist on a well-known Southern drink using smoke as a main ingredient as a tribute to grilling. The legendary Punch Bowls packed with zesty flavors will be ideal for sharing with five to seven people and will expand the communal experience to the bar. Local and craft beers will be available along with a vast selection of wines. The design of International Smoke represents both Mina and Curry through a combination of masculine and feminine styles. Conceived by award-winning Los Angeles-based firm Bishop Pass, the striking and distinctive décor of the 6,500-square-foot restaurant will further the International Smoke experience. The lush outside terrace is full of greenery and outfitted with neutral and bright pink accents, like beaming pink neon signs with inviting phrases such as "Drink a Little, Smoke a Little." In contrast, the inside will be comprised of darker maroons and oxblood reds that resemble different cooking times of meat ranging from rare to well done with a funky "Smoking Section" neon sign near the kitchen. Furniture crafted with brassy metal finishes will balance out the vibrant vegetation on the outside of the restaurant. A large hanging trellis is displayed over the main dining room to mimic a traditional smoke house, while a large mural painted by a local Miami graffiti artist is mounted in the restaurant as homage to the city. International ornaments and patterns, sourced from Mina and Curry's international travels and ethnic backgrounds, will be sporadically integrated into the restaurant. Private dining rooms and lounge areas are available for special events, and full restaurant buyouts are an option for large-scale parties. ML International Smoke is located in the Aventura Mall at 19501 Biscayne Boulevard Aventura, FL 33180. Serving lunch, happy hour, and dinner, the restaurant is open from 11:30 am–10 pm Sunday through Thursday and 11:30 am – 11 pm Friday and Saturday.
