Miami Celebrates Five Star New Year's Eve at Amara at Paraiso Produced by Concept ID, Miami's only all-white-and-gold fete Five Star New Year's Eve celebrated its sixth edition at Amara at Paraiso. Featuring full-service, premium open bars, guests also enjoyed a private fireworks show with waterfront views as four rotating DJs -Giovannetti, UnoMas, Felipe Kaval and Raul Boesel– entertained. The terrace featured a luxurious food spread by Michael Schwartz with stations that included a Raw Bar, Slow-Roasted Prime Rib Carving Station, and Cheese/Tapas station; passed hors d'oeuvres; Grilled Atlantic Shrimp; Broccoli Fritters; and Housemade Chorizos.
