Malibu Farm Chef Helene Henderson's farm-to-table concept Malibu Farm is a rapidly expanding their farm-to-table movement founded by Swedish native, cookbook author, and farmer, Chef Helene Henderson. Born from Helene's intimate dinner parties in her expansive garden, Malibu Farm found its first home on the pier in Malibu, California and has recently found a home on the east coast at Eden Roc Miami Beach. Offering a selection of local, healthy selections, sustainable and fresh-off-the-farm fare, Malibu Farm seeks to bring the farm-to-table concept to Miami locals and health-savvy travelers from all around the world.
