CRUNCH TIME Our trainers beat the stereotype Words by Tanya Savage Do you love working out? Me neither. It's rare to find people that actually love it. I, on the other hand, refuse to allow excuses to stop me from doing what I need to. I won't allow age, having a kid, working 50+ hours a week, coming home to cook, doing laundry, and 5,000,000 other things interfere with my health, not to mention my self-confidence. Working out and staying consistent has never been an easy task for me, but I'm going to give you a trick that will help. The trick is personal trainers. You see, trainers bring so much more to the table than we often think. Trainers help you find fitness solutions and improvements, they motivate you when you're tired or when you don't want to think about your work out. Here, we showcase some of Crunch's talented trainers. We welcome every type of individual and care about client success. From the first day you enter, we genuinely seek to learn about you. What are your wants? What are your needs? We seek to cater Crunch Fitness to your fitness. So, let's hear directly from a few of them: why they love what they do, why Crunch, and their many specializations.
