Randy Gerber & Cindy Crawford also celebrated the W FTL. Michelle Pfeiffer, whom I understand holed up at the Ritz-Carlton, Coconut Grove. Ditto Celine Dion, who spent some time in a Miami recording studio. In June, Kelly Rowland performed at Mansion, and Wilmer Valderrama made the scene at the preview of the Aston Martin DBS Volante at The Moore Building in the Miami Design District. Up in Fort Lauderdale, the Grand Opening of the W Hotel brought to South Florida Gossip Girl and real-life co-stars Blake Lively and Penn Badgley, as well as Cindy Crawford and Randy Gerber, who celebrated at his Whiskey Blue. And – whaddya know! – the Kardashians were also there. Chris Brown turned heads at the Fontainebleau when he showed up, wearing an ill-advised wife-beater, to hang out with Mario poolside at the resort's Blade. Mario later hosted a party at LIV, and then headed south to B.E.D. Miami. The Kardashians – yeah, them again – hosted a fashion show at The Setai, while the casts of The CW's The Beautiful Life and The Vampire Diaries partied at LIV. Fatboy Slim manned the turntables at the unstoppable LIV, while Asher Roth did his thing at Mansion, and Jesse Bradford stopped by White Room in Downtown Miami. Kate Hudson arrived in the Magic City to play cheerleader to Alex Rodriguez, with whom she canoodled at Blade. Meanwhile, on-again pair Drew Barrymore and Justin Long cheered on the Florida Marlins as the team beat the New York Yankees. Before heading out to the game, Drewstin stopped by philantrepreneur Dan Sehres' South Beach PPR (private posh residence) for a fundraiser benefiting the Humane Society. A couple of other couples also took a little time to venture outside for some dates in and around SoBe: MIA It Couple Anna Kournikova and Enrique Iglesias chose 8 oz. Burger Bar, while Kelsey and Camille Grammer opted for brunch at La Côte at the Fontainebleau. Marchesa designer Georgina Chapman celebrated her Ocean Drive cover with a party at Club 50 at the Viceroy, while Gabrielle Union and Dwayne Wade cozied up at Plunge atop the Gansevoort South after dinner at Philippe Chow. Union and Wade also hit Mansion, along with Sanaa Lathan and Joey Fatone, for the kickoff party of DJ Irie's Fifth Annual Irie Weekend. MIAMI LIVING 137 SCOOP Blake Lively attended the grand opening of the W Fort Lauderdale.
