Elevated cocktails and light bites meet sweeping skyline views, making it one of the most seductive spots in the city for a sunset spritz or an after-dark nightcap. Expect curated cheese and charcuterie plates, fresh dips, or a lobster roll reimagined with citrus aioli— simple and beautifully done. Dining at the hotel is anchored by Clement, a Contemporary American restaurant that leans into locally sourced Northeast ingredients and refined, quietly confident cooking.
