The initial brief focused on merging two complex apartments into one home while creating a masculine, urban interior. The challenge was not only architectural but also technical, as structural elements, electrical systems and lighting needed to be integrated into one system. From this starting point, the design developed into a space with identity, clear detailing and a consistent material concept. The emphasis was placed on quality, integration and a calm atmosphere. The apartment measures approximately 200 square metres and was restructured. Several walls were removed, the technical infrastructure rebuilt and the layout reorganised to create a fluid spatial experience. Henge played a central role in defining the masculine material language, which contrasts with softer bespoke elements such as suede-clad walls and warm textures.
