One Za’abeel Dubai’s One Za’abeel twin skyscrapers boast two remarkable features: the world’s longest cantilever and the UAE’s longest suspended infinity pool, which stretches 393 feet (120 meters). The cantilever is part of a 755-foot (230-meter) structure called “The Link,” which extends 221 feet (67.5 meters) over the city, connecting the two luxury towers. Designed by Nikken Sekkei Dubai, the cantilever spans three stories and is a central attraction for guests and residents of the One&Only Za’abeel resort, which occupies the top 30 floors of one tower. Without traditional beach activities, “The Link” serves as a unique recreational hub, offering exclusive amenities to residents.
