Food With a dramatic backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean, both dining venues on property serve extraordinary food amidst stunning views. Menu options include seasonal and sustainable ingredients from the Dominican Republic combined with international techniques led by celebrated executive chef Cesar Landeo. The main lobby restaurant, Casa Grande, overlooks the cliffside infinity pool while a more casual Beach Club offers dining along the sand. All dishes and beverages are made from scratch. Casa Grande opens early in the morning for guests who like to get an early start and is open throughout the day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can eat inside or outside, and experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets while enjoying a first-class fusion of local and international favorites including Dominican sancocho soup, Peruvian-style skirt steak, truffle cacio e pepe, and pan seared salmon with roasted peppers puree. There is also an incredibly picturesque Lounge Bar atop the restaurant, with a selection of Latin-infused rums, tequilas, signature cocktails and cigars–plus complimentary afternoon tea every day. The beachside restaurant and bar features fresh fish, salads, pizzas, sandwiches and drinks served directly from a coconut. Private candlelit dining can also be booked in the library, on the beach, or in your Casita.
