Food & Drink There are several different dining establishments on the premises, all operated by Chef Laurent Tourondel. Tourondel has an excellent reputation, has published several books and was nominated for James Beard Foundation Award in 2008. LT Steak & Seafood is the main restaurant at The Betsy South Beach and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The elegant New American restaurant serves international flavors and masterfully blends French, Asian and Latin American flavors. Open daily from 7:30am to 10:30pm. For reservations, please call (305) 673-0044. For a modern trattoria serving simple but tasty Italian cuisine, head to The Alley in the back of The Betsy. Enjoy classic Italian dishes with homemade pasta, beer and wine. Visit Lobby Bar for live music and a happy hour (Mon through Thu from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.). The Carlton Room Café is a spacious lounge area serving coffee, cold-pressed juices, local craft beers and light snacks like pastries and sandwiches.
