The property impresses upon arrival. The cavernous lobby boasts a soaring exposed beam ceiling from which a row of eye-catching large, hanging lanterns are secured. A chic water feature sits in the center of a space outfitted with relaxing seating areas, and flanked by tropical greenery. Inviting and luxurious, the lobby sets the tone for what we can further expect from UNICO 20°87°. We lounge on a lobby couch as our Local Host (who is reachable throughout our trip via WhatsApp) checks us in. The walk to our suite is a scenic one --we go through the lounge/game room, then step outside, and walk passed two of the three pools and rows of hotel room patios with swim-up pools and hammocks (on the ground floor) and balconies with outdoor spa tubs. This is paradise.
