The spacious cabana's interior décor includes dark wood furniture, such as a king-sized four-poster bed, coral and turquoise accents, and charming white shutters. Fully equipped, t here's a small kitchen wit h a sink, microwave, coffeemaker, mini fridge, dishes, utensils; an int imate seat ing area wit h a f lat- screen television; desk; and in-room safe. The bat hroom boasts a single sink, t wo showerheads: rainfall and handheld, and L'Occitane En Provence bat h products. Beyond t he double doors is a screened- in pat io appointed wit h a dining set, and stunning views of t he verdant first fair way - -enabling g uests to relish t he fresh air and view while nibbling on room ser vice. A fter we're all sett led, we head over to Flippers Beach Bar for a bite to eat. The open-air beach bar/restaurant is t he perfect spot to g rab breakfast, lunch, or a cocktail like, The Bob Marley. We mingle wit h g uests and chat up t he staff as t he t ide gent ly caresses t he white sand beach and soft music lulls us into vacation mode. The menu features a nice variety of entrees, including coconut shrimp, fish tacos, chicken flatbread, and French toast – all of which I ordered during my stay and enjoyed. On Wednesday nights, Flippers hosts a lively beach barbeque wit h a bonfire, s'mores, live band, and dancing. A few steps from t he bar is t heir white sand beach lined wit h t hatched umbrellas, loungers, picnic tables, and a hammock fastened to a palm tree. Off to t he side is a stand occupied by beach attendees wit h towels and several adult toys for guests to use at t heir leisure – from sailboats, catamarans, and kayaks to paddle boards, and snorkel gear. We take t he catamaran over to t he nearby island where we find a few sea turtles and sting ray swimming in t heir natural habitat. The view on our way back to shore is a sight to be seen wit h t he multi-hued facades juxtaposed against Mot her Nature's vibrant beauty.
