About an hour from South Florida lies a tranquil, tropical oasis: The Abaco Club on Winding Bay in the Bahamas. The Southworth Development is a vacation destination where beauty is seen around every bend turned –and there is much ground to cover. Given the grand size of this private club, guests are appointed a personal luxe golf cart to traverse the sprawling property once they check in. A winding golf cart ride takes us passed a manicured golf course, tennis courts, the beach, Flippers Beach Bar to a row of freestanding cabanas (their 1-bedroom residences painted in soft pastel hues: purple, yellow, pink, and aqua) connected by wooded walkways.
