"I believe great food comes from great ingredients," states Chris. From this season's menu, a must-try appetizer is the Arctic char smoked in-house with pickled mustard accompanied with yogurt, green apple, and dill. We also recommend the St. Peters Bay Oysters on the half shell. For main courses, the lamb braised shoulder with roasted zucchini or the succulent lobster with butter-packed fingerlings potatoes, samphire, lovage, grapefruit, and dill emulsion are delightful choices. For dessert, indulge in the strawberry shortcake with fresh strawberries, basil sorbet, or the lemon cheesecake with blueberry compote, crème anglasie and chantilly crème. ML
