The Sports Exchange's 50- foot-long-bar featuring 24 large- screen, high-definition TVs. Guests customize their experience with sound boxes at each table. The menu at The Sports Exchange features appetizers, salads, pastas, sandwiches, pizza, and entrees. Exit 66 219 South Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. Fort Lauderdale (954) 357-9981• Founded by the originators of Crobar, Exit 66 brings a stylish pit stop vibe that's not the South Beach glam you might expect. Exit 66's road-trip culture thrives in its five themed rooms, including the tropical themed 'Chiki-Tiki' main room, 'Billy's Bar,' with a biker bar vibe, 'Cool Pool', a pool-shark hall, and others. Instead of VIP bottle service, Exit 66 offers guests 30 Pabst Blue Ribbon longnecks on display in a champagne bucket. Cutler Salon Gansevoort South Hotel 2377 Collins Ave., Miami Rodney Cutler, owner of Cutler/Redken Salons in New York, recently opened his first location in Miami: the Cutler Salon, at the Gansevoort South Hotel. The new salon features 20-foot ceilings, and each workstation at the salon features a mini flat-screen TV. The Redken color lab at all of Cutler's salons claims to enable colorists to demystify the coloring process. Smith & Wollensky's Waterfront Patio 1 Washington Ave. (at South Pointe Park) (305) 673-2800 • Smith & Wollensky's famed waterfront patio reopens with a redesigned bar and additional waterside seating. Miami Beach's premiere steakhouse and dining destination welcomes back loyalists after a multi-million- dollar, yearlong renovation to what has been the most popular gathering spot for over a decade. Smith's is famous for their dry- aged USDA Prime steaks hand cut on premises, award-winning wine selection, and outstanding seafood. Au Pied de Cochon 81 Washington Ave., Miami Beach (305) 674-1844 • Au Pied de Cochon is a 60- year-old Paris based brassiere that recently opened its doors to Miami Beach's SoFi district. Located on the SE corner of Washington Ave, Au Pied de Cochon is the only fine-dining restaurant that never closes (open 24/7/365) in South Beach. The 60,000 square foot indoor/outdoor restaurant is located in an Art Deco building that has been furnished to give the place a classic Parisian feel. Eos at Viceroy 485 Brickell Ave., 15th fl., Miami (305) 503-0373 • Eos is a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant with a new take on small-plate style dining. Borrowing ingredients from Spain, Portugal, and Morocco, Eos offers modern expressions of Chef Michael Psilakis' native Greek cuisine. The menu includes composed small plates such as grilled scallops with strawberry, cucumber, and crispy sage; a selection of handmade pastas, along with various poultry, meat, and game dishes. The Spa at Icon Brickell 500 Brickell Ave., Miami The 28,000-square-foot Spa at Icon Brickell is a full-service urban spa and fitness destination overlooking Biscayne Bay. The 5,000 square-foot Water Lounge is staged as a floating "library," with pool set with waterborne sofas and chairs and flanked by three hot-and-cold plunge pools and a fireplace. The Spa offers a variety of custom packages including Lifestyle, Wellness, Namaste, and X-Thrill-eration. BLT Steak 1440 Ocean Dr., Miami (305) 673-0044 • Located in the newly remodeled Betsy Hotel, BLT Steak is Chef Laurent Tourondel's take on the American Steakhouse. Guests at BLT Steak can enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean from the restaurant's 80-seat patio on Ocean Drive.
