270 MIAMI LIVING
In Coral Gables, where architecture has long shaped
the identity of the city, Ponce Park (poncepark.com) is
positioned as a continuation of that legacy. Drawing from
the Mediterranean Revival language that defines the
neighborhood, the project introduces a more refined sense of
scale, proportion, and experience.
Developed by Allen Morris Company, Ponce Park is conceived
as a boutique property with 58 residences. Each unit averages
more than 2,700 square feet, with layouts that emphasize
privacy and ease. Private elevator access, expansive terraces,
and open living spaces create a seamless indoor-outdoor
lifestyle, equally suited to quiet mornings at home and evenings
spent entertaining.
Architect John Cunningham of Zyscovich led the design,
referencing European influences that are central to Coral Gables.
Arched forms, stone finishes, and a carefully detailed façade
are expressed with restraint, resulting in a building that feels
deeply rooted in its surroundings while offering a distinctly
contemporary point of view.
"True luxury today is not about scale, it's about intention,
intimacy, and a sense of place," said W. A. Spencer Morris,
President of Allen Morris Company.
Interior design by Meyer Davis is grounded in materiality and
proportion. Kitchens feature Italian cabinetry, while stone
surfaces and custom storage bring a sense of cohesion and quiet
refinement to the living spaces. The result is an environment
that feels both elevated and effortless, where every element has
been thoughtfully considered.
