230 MIAMI LIVING
Inside, the design is clear and functional. Living and dining areas
face the ocean, allowing natural light to carry throughout the
space. Materials remain understated, with stone, wood, and soft
textures supporting the setting rather than competing with it.
The primary suite overlooks the Atlantic, paired with a bathroom
designed around the same view, including a freestanding
soaking tub positioned toward the water. Three additional guest
bedrooms complete the layout, including one configured with
double beds for families or groups.
A fully equipped kitchen anchors the main level, alongside
a private in-residence elevator, laundry room, and discreet
underground parking, ensuring both comfort and privacy.
Outdoors, landscaped gardens lead directly to a gated beach
path, opening onto one of the longest uninterrupted stretches
of sand in the area.
The Beach Villa operates as a fully serviced residence, with a
dedicated butler, private chef, and housekeeping team. Guests
also receive full access to the hotel's amenities, including
Forbes Five-Star spa services, the hotel's three pools, and its full
beach experience.
Dining remains a central part of the stay. At The Surf Club
Restaurant by Thomas Keller, the experience is Michelin-starred
and refined, while Lido Restaurant at The Surf Club offers a more
relaxed coastal setting. The Champagne Bar completes the
lineup, all within easy reach.
