Two seatings are offered: 5:30–7:30 PM $200 per person, including a half bottle of Moët & Chandon and a $100 dining credit toward the menu and New Year’s specials. 8:30–10:30 PM $350 per person, including a half bottle of Dom Pérignon and a $150 dining credit. The energy rises through the night with live entertainment, special performances, a ceremonial sake toast, and a glittering balloon drop at midnight. Formal attire is encouraged—come ready to shine.
