The room glows, the DJ ignites the evening, and the kitchen delivers dishes made for celebration: bold, decadent, unforgettable. Alongside the full menu, the night unveils exclusive holiday creations: Royal Daurenki caviar with oysters and shiso chalaca; Bluefin kama toro with Perigord truffle and gold quinoa; Hokkaido uni paired with Kagoshima wagyu; whole Maine lobster crowned with Alba truffle; and A5 wagyu sukiyaki with aji amarillo and charred mushrooms.
