Spectrum Miami About Spectrum Miami, an upscale and urban curated contemporary art fair, now in its 11th year, will be located adjacent to its sister fair, Red Dot Miami. Spectrum Miami presents special programs and site-specific exhibitions that showcase the thriving art landscape of the city, informed by the 2021 curatorial theme [DOUBLE TAKE]. Art creates a deeper awareness of the experience of seeing. It asks the viewer to pay attention, slow down. It inspires viewers to look closer. Spectrum Miami showcases independent career artists, studios, and younger galleries that are pushing the boundaries in surprising and significant ways, encouraging us to take a closer look. Spectrum Miami is also where contemporary meets extraordinary, featuring the works of more than 200 exhibiting galleries and artists from the Florida region, the U.S. and around the globe. Known for its urban and upscale works of art, the five-day show attracts more than 35,000 visitors and high-net-worth collectors who interact with the specially curated programming, while celebrating the fine art experience with music, entertainment, and other special events. Spectrum Miami features Art Labs providing collectors with a focused look at several prominent exhibitors, each creating a site-specific exhibition, and the Spotlight Program, showcasing a specially selected group of artists who represent unique approaches to their art. The complete Spectrum Miami program will be announced in November. The Opening Night Preview for Spectrum Miami and Red Dot Miami will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 1, with guests entering the fairs via the Radisson RED Lobby at Mana Wynwood and will feature innovative contemporary art together with Louis Jadot Wines, Pommery Champagne, hors d’oeuvres, and musical entertainment. All tickets will be delivered as mobile e-tickets and must be purchased in advance of arrival. With digital ticketing, each guest’s mobile phone becomes their ticket, enabling a more streamlined and contactless entry experience. To safeguard the well-being and safety of everyone, all exhibitors, staff, and attendees will be health screened prior to entry each day. Additionally, masks will be required to be worn on the premises at all times.
