Wynn recently introduced two hot new restaurants to their dining roster. Mizumi brings diners the flavors of the Far East and a menu primarily served family style. Seating is available in the main dining room and the theatrical teppanyaki room, both of which boast amazing views of the private Japanese eco-gardens surrounding a koi pond with a 90-foot waterfall. Executive Chef Min Kim’s menu, which is meant to be shared, is divided into sections: Contemporary Sashimi; Salads and Snacks; Soups and Noodles; Tempura; Robatayaki; Mizumi Essentials; and Mizumi Specialty Sushi. The Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Award-winning restaurant serves the highest quality fare and ingredients, including Japanese Purebred Wagyu A5-12 Grade with a choice of hot stone “ishiyaki” or traditional style. Choose between Kobe Beef, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan $75 / oz (3 oz. minimum); Hokkaido Snow Beef, Tomakomai City, Hokkaido $55 / oz (3 oz. minimum); Kagoshima Beef, Kyushu, Japan $45 / oz (3 oz. minimum). Reserve the floating pagoda table in the center of the lagoon, accessible by a private path through their lush gardens, for a memorable, private dining experience. Encore at Wynn Las Vegas added contemporary Mexican restaurant, Elio, to the mix. Brought to you by Chef Daniela Soto-Innes, Enrique Olvera, and Santiago Perez, Elio is inspired by Mexico’s rich heritage of celebratory food and gatherings. This chic, energetic space serves up a family-style menu infused with the best regional and seasonal ingredients. The menu is divided into Crudo, Bocados, Al Centro, and Vegetales, and includes standouts like, Scallop Ceviche, Lamb Barbacoa, Chicken Enchiladas, Whole Lobster and Chorizo, Snake River Wagyu NY Strip, and Branzino a la Talla. For dessert, don’t miss their Churros with Mexican chocolate and Caro’s Flan. Additionally, the bar and lounge boast the finest hand-selected agave-based spirits, an extensive wine, and cocktails with names, like Dealer’s Margarita, Ride or Die, and Welcome to Durango.
