Hublot X Chef Daniel Boulud Hublot hosted an intimate dinner with 2-Michelin-starred Chef Daniel Boulud at Boulud Sud. The evening kicked off in the restaurant's stunning bar, where guests enjoyed champagne and light bites. They were treated to exclusive tours inside Boulud Sud kitchens led by the chef himself, who explained the action that went on behind-the-scenes. During dinner with a menu that Chef Boulud noted was indicative of the Hublot brand, artist Skott Marsi presented the chef with a specially-commissioned piece created with the Mediterranean-inspired restaurant in mind. In a special surprise, guests had the once-in-a- lifetime chance to see Chef Boulud perform in a tableside presentation. He "baked" the Baked Alaska and sliced it meticulously for the guests. Hublot and Chef Boulud are mutual fans, sharing the strive for precision, innovation, and excellence. The two houses have traveled the coast to Miami following a beautiful evening at Restaurant Daniel in NYC last year.
