DINING THE GREAT HOUSE Situated at the heart of Park Hyatt St. Kitts, think of the Great House as the central meeting place where you can enjoy indoor or outdoor breakfast, lunch, and dinner while overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The building also features an herb garden, a Rum Bar, a library with a range of games, as well as the resort's concierge. With its modern colonial design, open spaces, wooden walls, and beautifully-selected artifacts, the Great House is the ideal place to socialize with friends and family. THE FISHERMAN'S VILLAGE If you haven't tried ocean-to-table meals, head out to the Fisherman's Village for a breathtaking open-air, ocean view dining experience for both lunch and dinner. For lunch, try the organic quinoa and ricotta salad served with watercress and marcona almonds, or the exquisitely presented hand-dived scallops, which are grilled in the shell and served with curried parsnip and pomegranate. For dinner, the tagliatelle pasta is a delectable choice. It is served with spiced rum and tomato-braised lobster meat and hazelnut picada. The Seafood Medley is another magnificent choice prepared with the catch of the day, clams, mussels, prawns, gremolata, garlic aioli and focaccia. THE STONE BAR This adults-only, fine-dining venue is named after the original stone bars that were once on the island of St. Kitts, designed to protect crops during the wet season. The intimately and beautifully-designed Stone Bar features a variety of enticing gourmet menu options. All dishes are well-sized and suitable for sharing. An extensive wine list is also available – ideal for pairing purposes. To awaken your taste buds, try the Confit Duck and Foie Gras Agnolotti served with celeriac, pear relish, and dolce forte jus. The homemade, wood-fire sourdough flat bread with roasted mushroom crêpe puree, confit garlic, and gremolata is mouthwatering. For the main course, the slow roasted five spiced duck is an unforgettable dish.
