For her, the stakes were much higher than normal when she came across the script. "I was so obsessed with being a part of it, not only because the script is incredible, but because of the people who made this film and that already attached to this film," she explains. Immediately, she knew she wanted to work with actors Daveed Diggs and Rafael Casal, who were a part of the cast. "These people are all multidisciplinary artists, and there are very few squads that are as ferocious as they are. They've all known each other for a very long time, both through hip-hop and through Hamilton… I am so happy to say that I am part of this piece."
