Located in Turnberry Isle, Miami, the restaurant's casual vibe caters to families, resort guests, and golfers all year long. Open-air seating and a covered patio are available for those who want a front row seat overlooking the beautiful golf course. And you still have a nice view of the resort's golf course from inside, thanks to the enormous windows. Inside, the decor is welcoming with strong New England vibes and nautical flair. The open kitchen contributes to the casual vibe, however, there is still a level of sophistication that comes with every meal. Here, the food is crafted to perfection. The menus are seasonally inspired and ingredients are locally sourced —their new brunch menu is a clear indication of this. Every weekend, CORSAIR offers The 52, Brunch Beyond Limits menu —a buffet experience you don't want to miss out on. This brunch is meant to stay relevant all year long —52 weeks— which is how it got its name. Served from 11:30 a.m., to 3 p.m., this new signature brunch menu offers seven brunch classics a la carte, and every week each one is prepared with a special twist that make it an original CORSAIR dish. Indulge in French Toast or Mac & Cheese—then come the following week to see how these seven have taken on a new twist. There is also a dessert bar filled with small bites, a raw bar, and charcuterie and flatbread station—filled with traditional brunch classics. For only $45 per person, you get access to the buffet as well as one a la carte dish. The brunch even includes bottomless mimosas, and for $8, get creative and make your own Bloody Mary at the Bloody Mary bar—where you get to choose from 52 ingredients! A popular breakfast dish is the Organic Egg Omelet as You Like, which is served with sausage or bacon, crispy potatoes, and toast on the side. Another classic breakfast dish is the Poached Eggs with Avocado, is served with locally sourced basil and grilled country bread. Before diving into the main course, the Mediterranean Platter is a CORSAIR staple. Because of its generous-sized portion, this dish is great for sharing with the table and comes with toasted pita, hummus "bomba", marinated olives, and a Greek yogurt—all the flavors complement each other very well. This season, the lunch menu's Summer Salad is a must. The mixed greens with fresh strawberry and watermelon is exactly the type of light meal desired during the summer months. It also comes with quinoa, almonds, blue cheese, and an orange vinaigrette. Another delicious lunch dish is their Crispy Skin Snapper: a large, crispy snapper on top of lime rice served with chayote squash, a fresh black pea slaw, a roasted tomatillo salsa on the side.
