Miami Beach at Goya Foods' Grand Tasting Village This February, Bagatelle Miami Beach participated in the Goya Foods' Grand Tasting Village at the 16th annual South Beach Wine & Food Festival. Chef Matthieu Godard prepared one of Bagatelle's signature and most delectable dishes Coquillettes Au Jus De Truffles, which consists of elbow pasta, bistro ham, gruyere cheese and black truffle veal jus. The dish was a SOBEWFF favorite, as guests kept returning to the booth for another bite and photos with the chef.
