The men of American Idol did what they always do when they come to town; hitting several of the Magic City's hottest spots (I guess they do not miss Paula that much). First up, at LIV, Simon Cowell, Ryan Seacrest, and Randy Jackson hung out with Paul Sevigny, and then, at the W, Seacrest and Jackson met up with Nadine Coyle of Girls Aloud, before moving on to Set. Also back on South Beach was Wilmer Valderrama, who was seen going for a refreshing swim in the ocean. Mel B., a.k.a. Scary Spice, and her husband Stephen Belafonte, held court at the Fontainebleau, poolside at Blade, while my new favorite Kid Cudi performed at LIV, and hung out with my ol' fave Robin Thicke and his wife Paula Patton at the club the next night. Meanwhile, Coyle and Stephen Baldwin made the scene – not together, btw – at the Mondrian. In September, Britney Spears and her entire brood arrived in South Florida ahead of her concerts in Orlando and the Magic City to enjoy some R&R at the Mandarin Oriental. The pop tart and her little sister Jamie Lynn showed off their bikini bodies poolside at the hotel, where they played with their kids. Kourtney Kardashian re-took Miami and showed off her pregnant glow during dinner at Gotham Steak at the Fontainebleau. It was a date night for her and boyfriend Scott Disick. Meanwhile, Kevin Federline partied at LIV, and Fabian Basabe checked out singer-songwriter Jamie Jo Harris as she made her Miami spinning debut at Wall Lounge at the W. Finally, Shakira put on a very special show for her fans at Y-100 FM, while LMFAO and Lil Jon did their thing at LIV. You see — we may have, kind of ended up back where we started, with a Kardashian sighting, but were there a few A-Listers in between or what? See you next season, and have fun! MIAMI LIVING 141 SCOOP Iggy Pop launched the Sweat Records/Iggy Pop T-shirt at The Awarehouse. Shakira promoted her new album with a performance for Y-100 listeners.
