The location is very convenient for exploration. I found myself just a short walk away from Rome’s major landmarks, like the Spanish Steps, Via del Corso, and, of course, the historic Bulgari flagship boutique on Via Condotti, which I recommend visiting. Rooms & Suites The hotel offers 106 guest accommodations, with a strong emphasis on spacious suites. These spaces are beautifully styled around four distinct color palettes—white, yellow, red, and green. During my stay, my suite occupied a prime spot on the third floor, offering spectacular, direct views of the ancient ruins outside. The attention to detail in the room is well delivered. Light-wood fluted paneling lines the entryway, cleverly concealing the closets, mini bar, and safe. Sliding doors are trimmed in stitched tan leather, and the walls are adorned with bold, graphic Bulgari advertisement prints from the 1970s. I particularly enjoyed the thoughtful daily touches, such as the afternoon herbal tea infusion and a customizable pillow menu offering options like lavender, spelt, and millet. The bathroom is a destination in itself. Wrapped in thick slabs of polished beige-taupe marble, it features a master bathtub alcove showcasing a hand-assembled circular mosaic medallion that subtly reads: “S. BVLGARI - 10 VIA CONDOTTI - ROMA,” reminding me of the brand’s origins. Dining The culinary program is curated by the world-renowned, three-Michelin-starred chef Niko Romito. On the fifth floor, Il Ristorante Niko Romito serves contemporary Italian cuisine on an open-air terrace with direct views of a historic Roman dome. I experienced the multi-course Menu Degustazione, priced at US$211 (€180), or US$328 (€280) with wine pairings. The meal began with artisanal sourdough and Essenza di Carma, an organic extra virgin olive oil from the border of Lazio and Umbria. The standout dishes included a minimalist terrine of Swiss chard, potato, and lemon, followed by a delicate, chilled langoustine spaghettini kissed with lemon. And then came his signature
