Rooms & Suites Although Palazzo Ripetta offers 78 rooms, including 21 suites, the hotel maintains an intimate atmosphere. My room combined classic Roman elegance with modern comforts through soft pastel tones, herringbone oak floors, custom millwork, and refined furnishings. Sage blue-green walls, teal fabrics, gold accents, and a crystal chandelier created a sophisticated yet welcoming space. I also appreciated the Frette linens, elegant wallpaper, and carefully selected decorative accessories that made the room feel residential rather than hotel-like. Historic Spaces One of the biggest surprises during my stay was discovering that Palazzo Ripetta is home to the 18th-century Salone Bernini. Hidden in plain sight is a rare third-century Roman sarcophagus that has been transformed into an elegant fountain, another reminder that history is woven into nearly every corner of Rome. Dining Breakfast each morning offered everything I expect from a five-star hotel, with an extensive selection of fresh pastries, fruits, breads, cheeses, hot dishes, and Italian specialties. San Baylon Restaurant presents a contemporary interpretation of traditional Italian cuisine using seasonal ingredients, while the Lobby Bar provides an elegant setting
