A Career That Keeps Expanding By 2026, Zendaya’s filmography had reached another level. She returned as Rue for the third and final season of Euphoria, starred opposite Robert Pattinson in The Drama, appeared as Athena in Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, and returned as MJ in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. She is also scheduled to return as Chani in Dune: Part Three. Her choices have not been limited to acting. Zendaya has also become one of fashion’s most influential figures. Her long relationship with stylist Law Roach helped establish her reputation for fashion storytelling and what is often called method dressing, using clothing to connect a promotional appearance with a film’s characters or themes. Her influence has been formally recognized. She appeared on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list in 2016, was named to Time’s 100 Most Influential People list in 2022 and received the CFDA Fashion Icon Award in 2021, becoming the youngest person ever to receive the honor. She has also worked with brands including Tommy Hilfiger, Lancôme, Bulgari, Valentino, Louis Vuitton, On and Rolex. Her fashion work has also carried a broader message. In 2018, her Tommy x Zendaya collections were presented with casts that emphasized age, body size and racial diversity. In 2020, she and Law Roach worked with an all-Black creative team for her InStyle cover, and she received the CNMI Visionary Award for promoting diversity and inclusion in fashion and film.
