Acqua di Parma Introduces Cedro Virtuoso Following the highly anticipated launch of Oud Ambrosia, Acqua di Parma introduces Cedro Virtuoso, a new Eau de Parfum from the Signatures of the Sun collection. Available beginning Sept. 1, 2026, the fragrance explores the warmth of creation and the confidence that comes with self-expression through a composition built around contrast and balance. Its defining element is an exclusive co-infusion of Virginia cedarwood and hazelnut essence, developed for Acqua di Parma to create a creamy, luminous woody signature. Created by perfumer Fabrice Pellegrin, Cedro Virtuoso begins with the brightness of Calabrian bergamot before revealing the depth of cedarwood through layers of smooth warmth, spiced balsamic tones and aromatic nuances. The fragrance’s signature comes from the pairing of cedarwood with hazelnut essence, which is developed through a 30-day maceration process that allows both ingredients to evolve together. The result is a refined woody gourmand composition with a softer texture and enveloping character. Pellegrin designed Cedro Virtuoso as a modern interpretation of cedarwood, highlighting the ingredient’s natural strength while exploring its more unexpected facets. The hazelnut essence introduces a creamy dimension with subtle woody qualities, creating a balance between structure and softness. The fragrance reflects Acqua di Parma’s approach to the Signatures of the Sun collection, where individual ingredients are reinterpreted through contemporary compositions that reveal new dimensions.
