TIMBR is the debut concept from 3 Hospitality, the visionary team of Michael Tronn, Paul Brown, and Max Van Fleet, each bringing decades of expertise in design, operations, and brand-building to create a space where art, food, and human connection coalesce. It spans 8,500 square feet and functions as a living installation. TIMBR’s design integrates live-edge tables, indoor trees, denim-upholstered seating, and a brick façade that Tronn says is “meant to communicate warmth and familiarity while sparking imagination.” He collaborated with a brick mason to craft each individual brick, ensuring the materials felt authentic and lasting. “Everything needed to feel real and timeless — something that could weather and tell its own story,” Tronn says. The restaurant is part of Tronn’s larger creative practice, which blends art, design, and human experience. Over three decades, he has launched more than 30 destination venues, produced thousands of events, and helped shape creative communities from New York and Los Angeles to Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, where he was one of the first artists to paint the neighborhood’s now-iconic exterior walls.
