leadership is shaping the narrative in ways we haven’t seen before. In 2025, I think we’ll see all of that come together on the world stage. It’s going to be loud, bold, and Miami will be at the center of it. Didi Sports and Did You Podcast are both powerful platforms. What motivated you to launch them, and what kinds of stories or voices are you most passionate about highlighting? Daniella Duran: I launched them because I felt there was a gap in sports content that spoke from emotion, culture, and human experience. Didi Sports is my way of showing the game through a more intimate, more personal lens. And Did You Podcast is all about giving the mic to people whose voices aren’t always heard, especially women, Latin creatives, and people who are reshaping the industry from the inside. Fashion plays a huge role in how athletes and creators express themselves. How do you see personal style as a tool for empowerment in sports culture today? Daniella Duran: Style is a form of claiming space. It’s saying, “This is who I am beyond the jersey, beyond the game.” Today, athletes are culture-makers, and what they wear speaks volumes. For me, personal style is a way to own your narrative. It’s saying: “I tell my story my way.” Miami is central to your identity and aesthetic. How has the city influenced your creative vision and how you approach storytelling in your work? Daniella Duran: Miami taught me that there’s no one way to be Latino. Here, culture is celebrated in every accent, every rhythm, every shade. That gave me permission to show up fully as myself. The city’s energy, colors, and spirit are all part of how I tell stories: loud, honest, and full of flavor. What are your favorite spots in Miami to relax and unwind? Daniella Duran: South Pointe at sunset is my go-to spot to disconnect and recharge. I also love cozy cafés in Coconut Grove for a quiet moment, and when I need creative inspiration, I’ll head to the PAMM or walk through the Design District; it always sparks something. What’s something most people would be surprised to know about you? Daniella Duran: I’m a total tactics nerd! I love breaking down matches, studying formations, and analyzing the game like it’s chess. There’s a whole fútbol-obsessed Daniella behind the camera who’s deep into strategy and game IQ. Daniella Duran: I want my legacy to be about opening doors. I want young Latinas to look at my path and say, “If she did it, I can too.” I hope to leave a mark of authenticity, courage, and community.
