The idea for Omnio grew out of the founders’ own experience as both luxury homeowners and seasoned executives in the home services space. “We identified a gap in the market,” explains Robinson. “Very high net worth individuals often have dedicated property managers, but that’s out of reach for most homeowners. On the other hand, home warranties cater to average households and aren’t built for properties over $1M. We created Omnio to serve the ‘missing middle’ — luxury homeowners who value the time and convenience of a personal home concierge.” At the heart of Omnio’s offering is its One-Call Concierge Service — a dedicated point of contact who remembers every client preference and anticipates every need. Whether it’s arranging for an outdoor kitchen repair, troubleshooting electronics, or scheduling seasonal pool maintenance, one call is all it takes, and the work is handled seamlessly. “Our plans are tailored for luxury homeowners,” Weekley adds. “We cover high-end appliances, multiple HVAC systems, pools, outdoor kitchens, even guest houses. And we only work with certified, vetted technicians who meet our strict quality standards.” Ensuring that quality is no small task. Omnio runs a rigorous vendor vetting process, selecting only properly trained and highly skilled professionals. The company even provides additional training to meet its exacting standards. “We know our clients are very selective about who they let into their homes,” Weekley says. “That’s why after every service visit, our concierge follows up to ensure everything was completed to the client’s satisfaction.” While convenience is a major draw, proactive protection is what truly sets Omnio apart. Instead of waiting for something to break, the company schedules regular maintenance for HVAC systems, refrigerators, and even dryer vents. “Catching a failing HVAC component early can save thousands in repairs,” Robinson notes. “It also prevents the nightmare of going without air conditioning in a Florida summer.” Omnio also eliminates the fine print frustrations of traditional home warranties. “We have no deductibles, no age limits, and coverage limits designed for luxury systems,” says Weekley. “Typical warranties might cap refrigerator repairs at $2,000, which doesn’t work when you own a $15,000 Sub-Zero. Our members pay a flat monthly price — and that’s it.” The dedicated concierge is central to the daily client experience. These concierges learn each member’s home, schedule, and communication preferences, then handle everything from booking contractors to overseeing repairs. “Our members are often busy professionals who travel frequently,” Robinson explains. “They don’t have time to search for contractors or manage scheduling. We take that entire burden away so they can focus on what they love.” Omnio’s services are also shaped by the unique needs of Miami and South Florida luxury homes. Pools, guest houses, and expansive outdoor living spaces are common, and the company covers them all. They’ve even built in unique perks like homeowners insurance deductible reimbursement, food spoilage coverage, and emergency lodging — a particularly valuable benefit during hurricane season. As Omnio prepares to launch, the company’s goals are clear. “Our mission for the first year is simple,” says Weekley. “Deliver such exceptional service that our members rave about it to their friends and family. Trust is earned one client at a time, and our team brings both professional expertise and personal experience as luxury homeowners.”
