DINING The hotel’s main dining venue, Tivolihallen, is located on the corner of the property and serves classic Danish cuisine, including open-faced sandwiches (smørrebrød) and other hearty favorites. It offers both guests and locals a taste of traditional fare in a charming setting, and shares an outdoor courtyard with the hotel. Breakfast is served in the Vineyard, a cozy, light-filled space with green accents. I especially enjoyed the chia pudding, fresh bread selection, and variety of juices. Also worth noting: the daily Wine Hour—a complimentary happy hour serving wine only—and the Nightcap Hour, when guests are invited to enjoy complimentary wine and spirits. AMENITIES Hotel Danmark is as much a lifestyle space as it is a hotel. Its rooftop terrace, one of the few public rooftops in the district, offers panoramic views of Copenhagen’s skyline. Weather permitting, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy drinks at sunset. The hotel also features a fitness room and elegant meeting spaces for business needs, from work sessions to formal meetings.
