“The combination of movement, breath, and scent creates a feedback loop,” says certified yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator Thamar “Tami” Theodore, founder of Your Plugstation. “People come in carrying emotional weight they don’t even realize from the week or years of holding on, and by the end of my class, they feel lighter, self-aware, and more connected to their bodies. I designed it as an intimate class with up to 15 people, in the store, so I can take our guests through chakra specific poses and make each breath aligned to the outcome we designed: balanced chakras for a bigger aura, so you can show up how you truly are meant to show up in the world. Being in the store means we can step off the mat and access aura readings, products, and resources while connecting with our mind-body-soul needs in community.”
