For guests looking to indulge, Zuma’s omakase offerings deliver an elevated dining experience, presenting a curated selection of the restaurant’s most exceptional dishes. The Premium Omakase includes standouts like seared tuna tataki, complemented by a ponzu sauce with pickled onions and chili daikon, as well as sliced seabass sashimi with yuzu, truffle, and salmon roe. Guests can also savor the prawn and black cod gyoza with a chili ponzu dip, perfectly embodying Zuma’s flavor-forward philosophy. Additional highlights include Chilean seabass tempura served with a fresh chili dashi and red onion, as well as the saikyo miso-marinated black cod wrapped in a hoba leaf. For those who prefer the Signature Omakase, there’s an equally enticing selection. Dishes such as rock shrimp tempura with green pea wasabi and lime bring a vibrant taste to the table, while the beef skewer with shishito pepper and smoked chili soy adds a smoky depth. A favorite among guests, the spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chili, and sweet soy delivers a powerful balance of heat and sweetness. Guests can also enjoy a selection of fresh sushi, sashimi, and maki rolls, including delicacies like the fatty tuna roll with scallions or the option to elevate the experience with Siberian caviar. Zuma Miami also offers an extraordinary brunch experience, every Saturday and Sunday. The brunch options cater to diverse preferences, featuring the Classic Menu at  $98 per person, Champagne Pairing at  $148,  Rosé Pairing at  $168, and the opulent  Dom Pérignon Pairing at $358.
